This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the replacement of propane tanks and a generator at Petrified Forest National Park (PEFO). The period of performance is from 08/01/2026 to 10/01/2026. Quotations are due by July 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM AZ time. Questions will be accepted until July 20, 2026, at 1:00 PM AZ time. The acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be considered a small business. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government, considering price, technical capability, and prior experience. Electronic invoicing will be processed through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).

Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U. S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). A proper invoice must comply with the requirements identified in the applicable prompt payment clause or clause ****.
The contractor shall warrant the tanks and generator for a minimum of one (1) year from the effective date of the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer's warranty must provide for completion of repairs, replacement of components, or total replacement for no less than two (2) years, issued directly from and serviced by the manufacturers.
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The factors are: Price, Technical capability of the item offered, and Prior experience.
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be considered a small business for the size standard associated with the NAICS code. Companies must also have prior experience of projects in similar size and scope within the past five years.
A prebid meeting and site inspection tour will be held at Petrified Forest National Park, Arizona.
Failure to submit quotes according to the instructions provided within the solicitation may result in the respondent's quote not being considered for award. Late quotes will not be accepted.
