The period of performance for the binoculars is from 08/01/2026 to 07/31/2027. Delivery is expected within 30 days ARO.

Payment will be made by the United States Marshals Service. Invoices must be submitted electronically through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).

The award will be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable basis. The lowest priced offer will be evaluated for technical acceptability.

Offerors must be registered in SAM. gov and possess a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code. Technical substitutions are not allowed.

Offers may be deemed non-responsive if directions in the solicitation are not followed. Failure to comply with confidentiality agreements or submit required documentation could also lead to issues.
