Cherry Creek School District is seeking a qualified Municipal Advisor to provide advisory services. Proposals are due August 19, 2026, by 2:00 PM MST. Submissions must be made through BidNet Direct. The selected firm will act in a fiduciary capacity. The district reserves the right to award without discussions. A pre-proposal conference may be held, but is not mandatory. The contract will incorporate the RFP and the selected proposal, potentially with modifications. The Master Services Agreement terms must be agreed upon, or redlines submitted with the proposal. Evaluation will consider price, past performance, financial stability, and technical capability.

Proposers must demonstrate relevant experience of individuals to be assigned, identification of an individual in charge of day-to-day management with at least three years of relevant experience, and the percentage of time committed for each individual. The firm must have relevant experience with financings of the district and/or comparable issuers and financings of similar credit, size, types, and structures. A proposer shall be deemed qualified and to have distinguished qualifications and experience if its proposal demonstratesdiscloses: relevant experience of the individuals to be assigned to the district, identification of the individual in charge of daytoday management who shall possess at least three years of relevant experience and the percentage of time committed for each individual on the account.
