The delivery and receipt of the proposed items is expected to be no later than 05/01/2026.

Payment will be made monthly in arrears upon receipt of a properly prepared invoice, submitted electronically via the Tungsten Network system.

The city may consider: relevant experience with parks interpretive signage (30%), quality and appropriateness of past work samples (30%), demonstrated understanding of the project goals, audience, and site context (20%), team qualifications and availability (10%), and regional experience (10%).

Submissions should include agency name and primary contact, a brief statement of qualifications and relevant experience, examples of previous work, proposed project team, approach to project coordination, and availability to complete within the anticipated schedule.

Examples of previous work, specifically interpretive signs, parks, wayfinding, and public lands, will be considered in the evaluation.
