The contract will be for a term of three ( 3) years with two one- year renewal options exercisable at the sole discretion of the Airport Authority.
Offset and digital printing services Group A: Permits, coupons, stickers, labels, terminal access badges, landside AVI coupons, DTW destination passes, AOA vehicle permits, escort required vehicle permits, 48- hour abandoned vehicle notice, concessions voucher, temporary vehicle passes and permits, found property tag, victims rights card, junior officers stickers. The contractor will only use experienced personnel to provide the required services and agrees that all such personnel are qualified and authorized to perform under the state and local laws and governing professional association rules where the employee is employed.
If the contractor fails to submit an SBE progress report on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of each month, this shall constitute a material default and will be sufficient grounds for the airport authority's termination of this agreement.
The airport authority reserves the right to inspect the plants in which work will be produced, examine the equipment and facilities, and determine the ability of the vendor to perform the work in accordance with the requirements.
After approval of the proof, a physical sample may be requested and paid for according to contract terms.
The contractor's failure to meet the certified SBE commitment shall be sufficient cause for the airport authority to terminate this agreement. Breach of the section on records access and auditing constitutes a breach of this agreement sufficient to warrant termination, the imposition of liquidated damages, and debarment.
