The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking a suite of overt ballistic resistant soft armor and associated accessories, including an overt armor carrier, soft armor panels, ballistic resistant accessories, carrier accessories, a carry bag, soft armor plate backers, and replacement components.

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) is seeking bids for the upfitting and decaling of 19 Ford F-150 trucks for law enforcement use. The bid includes a comprehensive list of required equipment and installation. Deliverables must be completed within 30 days of vehicle delivery to ODNR headquarters. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 21, 2024. Payment will be made via invoice, with specific requirements for format and content. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage and then adding the totals for all items. The contract is valid until June 30, 2025.

This is a sources sought RFI notice for government planning purposes only. Responses will assist the government in planning its acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. The government is seeking information on the manufacturing of a gunner shield kit (NSN: **** 01 498 ****, estimated quantity: 48). Interested vendors are encouraged to respond with a statement of their qualifications and capability, including information on availability in the commercial marketplace, ability to propose for quantities less than 10 units, production lead time, compliance with subcontracting clauses if a small business, and potential challenges to proposing a five-year contract.

The DLA Troop Support Philadelphia, Construction and Equipment Supply Chain is soliciting proposals for an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for a field sanitation kit (NSN **** 01 578 ****). The acquisition is a small business set-aside using low price technically acceptable source selection procedures. The contract will have a two-year base period and three one-year options. The requirement is subject to the Buy American statute and balance of payments program. The anticipated issue date for the RFP is May 30, 2025. Delivery is required within 90 days after contract award.
