city hall hvac controls bid remove and replace all existing hvac controls with new direct digital control ddc. provide new building automation system to monitor system status and give end user enhanced control of the buildings hvac systems per plans and specifications. test and balance contractor to provide architect and engineer with a pre tab report including both air and hydronic preliminary test results. contractor will remove and dispose of all pneumatic tubing and associated accessory for existing air handling unit including but not limited to: hydronic valveszone dampersfire and smoke dampersoutside air damperspressure sensorsremove all thermostats and associated pneumatic tubing along with central control panel housing all pneumatic tubing. contractor to remove existing air compressor associated with pneumatic hvac control system. contractor to install new ddc accessories on the existing air handling unit including but not limited to: hydronic valveszone dampersfire and smoke dampersoutside air damper
