The manufacturer warranty must be for a minimum of one year from the date of delivery. seller shall ensure that each excavator and related parts are warranted by the manufacturer to be of good material and workmanship and that manufacturer promptly replace any part or parts which by reason of defective materials or workmanship shall fail under normal use, free of negligence or accident, for a minimum of one 1 year from the date of delivery
