Proposals will be evaluated based on relevant experience, quality and feasibility of the proposed approach, qualifications of the team, cost-effectiveness, and fit with CBF's organizational values and goals. The budget is between $25,000 and $50,000. CBF actively encourages proposals from small, women and minority-owned businesses.

The Hocking Athens Perry Community Action (HAPCAP) is seeking architectural and engineering professionals for the Appalachian Community Grant Program project. Interested firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications by April 14th, 2025, at 4 PM.
