The maximum value of all task orders placed under this contract will not exceed 39,000,****.

The period of performance for this contract is from October 12, 2026, through July 31, 2027. The period of performance: 12 Oct 2026 through 31 jul 2027

Payment requests and receiving reports must be submitted electronically via the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Specific document types (invoice, receiving report, cost voucher, progress payment request, etc. ) depend on the line item type. The wawf system provides the method to electronically process vendor payment requests and receiving reports

The contractor shall extend the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale, provided it is available at no additional cost to the government. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award will be made on this form, or on standard form 26, or by other authorized official written notice.

Offerors must possess an active U. S. Navy Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the Japan region to be eligible for award, unless adequate time exists for the Navy to perform an assessment and execute the applicable MSRA/ABR. firms who do not possess an active u. s. navy msraabr in the japan region as a prime contractor are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the navy to perform an assessment of their msraabr application and to execute the applicable msraabr without impacting the vessels availability dates.

Failure to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) credential may result in delaying the individual's start date. Denial or termination of physical or system access does not relieve the contractor from meeting contractual obligations.
