The City of Sherman, Texas is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the design and construction of a new Fleet Services and Public Works Facility. The project involves a pre-engineered metal building system with various repair bays, wash bay, tire storage, parts storage, and administrative offices. The CMAR will be responsible for preconstruction services, including design analysis, value engineering, and cost estimating, as well as construction services.
