The City of Sherman, Texas is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the design and construction of a new Fleet Services and Public Works Facility. The CMAR will be responsible for preconstruction services, including design analysis, value engineering, and cost estimating, as well as construction services.
