Managed Access Government Bids & RFPs

All quotes are due by 3:00 pm eastern daylight time on 1 July 2026. Any quote, modification, or revision that is received at the designated government office after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is late and will not be considered.

Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and who is found to be technically acceptable. The government will make an award from this request for quote to the technically acceptable, responsible offeror whose quote offers the lowest price to the government.

The contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors must meet all solicitation requirements, including terms and conditions, representations and certifications, and technical requirements. The government will evaluate technical subfactors for acceptability.

Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the solicitation may result in an offeror being ineligible for award. If an aspect of an offeror’s quote does not meet the government’s requirements and is not considered correctable, the offeror may be eliminated from the competitive range.

Delivery is required within 90 days ARO (After Receipt of Order).

Payment will be made by the Department of Veterans Affairs Financial Services Center. Invoices shall be submitted upon acceptance of items. Net 30 terms are indicated.

Standard manufacturer's warranty is required.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. Evaluation factors include technical, past performance, and price.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and, if applicable, verified in SBA Small Business Search. Vendors must be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller, verified by an authorization letter from the OEM.

The contract may be canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part, and the contractor or subcontractor may be declared ineligible for further government contracts in the event of noncompliance with certain clauses.

Offers from unverified firms will be considered nonresponsive and ineligible for award. Failure to furnish required representations or information, or rejection of terms and conditions, may lead to exclusion from consideration.

The TPA must currently hold a TPA administrator license, a Florida pharmacy wholesaler license, and have current URAC full accreditation. They must also have experience providing similar services for corrections or other governmental agencies and current correctional contracts with all 5 hospitals within Polk County. The TPA must currently holdhave the following to be considered an equivalent TPA provider to provide the desired services.
