Managed Siem Government Bids & RFPs

Bids must be received by 2:00 PM EST on August 4, 2026.

Bidders must be New York State certified minority or women-owned businesses or service-disabled veteran-owned businesses and authorized to resell Secureworks products.

Failure to disclose the use of generative AI in your proposal may result in the disqualification of your proposal.

The value of the resulting contract from this procurement will not exceed $1,500,000.

Bid responses are to be submitted only by email to ***@***. *. *, and must be received before the bid due date of Monday, July 20th, 2026, at 2:00pm EDT.

Payment terms are net 30.

In determination of award, the qualifications of the bidder, the conformity with the specifications of articles or services to be supplied, and the delivery time will be considered.

The vendor acknowledges that compliance with the specifications, qualifications, and instructions will be assumed by the college if not otherwise noted in the submittal.

In the event of default, the college may cancel the contract or purchase order and procure the articles or services from other sources, and place the bidder defaulting on the disapproved list for a period of not less than six months.

Samples of items, when required, must be furnished free of expense. Samples must be received on or before bid opening time and date.

The vendor acknowledges that they are not delinquent on the repayment of any federal debt and are not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from covered transactions by any federal department or agency.

The government shall evaluate the offer in accordance with low price technically acceptable LPTA evaluation procedures in accordance with FAR ****.

Key personnel must meet specific experience and education requirements, including a minimum of three years of project management experience for the Contract Manager and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus five years of SIEM/SOAR experience for the Lead Sentinel Architect. Specific certifications are also required.

All work under this contract shall be performed via telework from the contractor's own facilities or other appropriate remote location. No performance is required to be onsite at a government facility.

Failure to submit required information/data and obtain required documentation or clearances will be grounds for denying access to U. S. installations, buildings, and controlled areas. If key personnel become unavailable and suitable replacement is not reasonably forthcoming, the contract may be terminated for default or convenience.
