The bid submittal requirements must be followed, and bids must be received on or before Thursday, May 14, 2026, by 5:00 PM. Any bids received after the designated date and time will be ineligible for award.

All questions or requests for interpretation of the bid must be submitted in written format to Cherokee Nation Purchasing and must be received no later than Tuesday, May 05, 2026, by 5:00 PM. Due date for interpretations for this bid shall be Friday, May 08, 2026, by 5:00 PM.

The contractor shall complete the work required in this statement of work within seven hundred and twenty (720) calendar days from notice to proceed (NTP), unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer.
