The William J. The procurement may result in an indefinite delivery contract with a one-year term or until 250,000 in total orders are placed. The solicitation is an RFQ and available electronically. This statement of work (SOW) details the procurement of student dormitory furniture for the technical training facility at JBSA Camp Bullis, building ****. The project includes delivery, installation, and disposal of furniture. The contractor must coordinate with the project manager (PM) for scheduling, access, and inventory management. The delivery location is Camp Bullis, building ****, and the warehouse for storage is located at **** Supply Street, Ft Sam Houston, building 4193. The contractor must provide a single point of contact (POC) for communication. A 15-day notification is required prior to delivery, and a 24-hour notification is required prior to truck arrival. The contractor must wear identifiable outer garments or badges. The government will inspect all work performed. The contractor is responsible for preventing damage to government property and for cleanup. This is an invitation for bid (IFB) to procure a contractor for furnishing and installing loop detector sensors for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Engineering District 05. The initial service period is one year with two two-year renewals, with a 3% increase for each line item. The Department reserves the right to extend the contract term for up to three months to prevent service lapses. The contractor will be given a purchase order for any required services. The supplier must provide personnel according to PennDOT specifications (Pub. 408, Section ****, 117****), traffic control guidelines (Pub. 213), official traffic control devices (Pub. 212), MUTCD, and flaggers handbook (Pub. 234). Work will be performed at intersections specified on the purchase order. The Department will provide a minimum 48-hour notice for service requests. The contractor must have sufficient personnel and equipment to provide traffic protection for a minimum of two separate work areas simultaneously. The Department reserves the right to inspect the contractor's operations. Payment will be per agreed contract price per line item, with invoices detailing items, unit costs, hours, and total charges. Additional items will be indicated on the invoice. There is no provision for advanced payment. Payment is based on contracted line items and time spent at the authorized site. Nighttime hours are from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The contractor must comply with all applicable Pennsylvania state labor and workforce safety laws, as certified through the worker protection and investment certification form (****). Evidence of insurance coverage must be provided.
