The contractor must perform payroll duties for temporary workers, including payment for services within ten (10) days of a completed weekly pay period.

Minimum qualifications for outreach clerks include a high school or GED certificate, two years of general office/clerical experience, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. They must also pass background checks and drug screenings.

Individuals convicted of a felony, certain misdemeanors involving dishonesty or sex offenses, or those under supervision for related offenses are ineligible. Conviction of a felony during employment will result in removal from county service.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section ****(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under chapter 120, Florida Statutes.

The contract period is from 10/1/2026 to 8/31/2031, with option periods extending to 8/31/2030. The contractor must accept frozen samples. he test shall be able to use samples from fine needle aspirations and must accept frozen samples.

Violation of information confidentiality, privacy, and security provisions may be grounds for withholding payment or terminating the contract for default or cause. if va determines that the contractor has violated any of the information confidentiality, privacy, and security provisions of the contract, it shall be sufficient grounds for va to withhold payment to the contractor or third party or terminate the contract for default or terminate for cause under far part 12.

Payment will be made in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act (31 ****) and Prompt Payment Regulations at 5 CFR part ****.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

The total amount of all orders placed against all IDIQ contracts resulting from this solicitation shall not exceed $903,000,****.
