Failure to comply with provisions, such as using eVerify, can be a material breach of contract, leading to termination. Repeated documented failure to submit accurate invoices may also be grounds for termination. Failure to comply with this provision is a material breach of the contract, and SBAC may choose to terminate the contract at its sole discretion.
Bidders may be disqualified for negative references, failure to meet qualification requirements, or submitting a false certification regarding scrutinized companies. Negative references, in the opinion of SBAC, may be cause for disqualification of bidder.
