In case of default by the bidder or contractor, Cole County may procure the articles or services from other sources and hold the successful respondent responsible for any excess cost occasioned thereby.

Respondents are advised that all questions concerning the meaning or intent of these specifications must be submitted in writing and received at least five (5) business days prior to the date scheduled for bid opening.
