Awards will be made to the vendor offering the lowest total cost per site, based on the formula: total cost monthly recurring cost mrc service term st nonrecurring installation cost.

Bidders must submit vendor disclosure or ipg active registered vendor disclosure and bep utilization plan as applicable, or the bid will be rendered nonresponsive.

For protests related to specifications, the protest review office must receive the protest no later than fourteen 14 days after the solicitation or related addendum was posted to the bulletin.

Failure to submit required documents, including vendor disclosure and utilization plans, shall render the bid nonresponsive. Also, failure to submit pricing for optional bandwidth tiers will render the bid for that site ineligible for award.
