This is a five-year contract with one base year and four option years for providing a turnkey giant voice system at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The contract requires the contractor to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services for the upgrade of the existing giant voice system. The contractor must utilize the existing wireless radio frequency infrastructure and replace existing equipment. Deliverables include as-built drawings, work schedules, weekly status reports, meeting minutes, test plans, cutover plans, test reports, and training plans. The government will conduct inspections and evaluations of the contractor's performance. The U. S. Embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh, is seeking security alarm kits. Offers are due September 3, 2025, at 16:30 Dhaka time. The evaluation will be based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Offers must include completed pricing tables, technical data sheets, descriptive literature (if not offering the identified brand name items), and representations and certifications in accordance with FAR **** must be made to either the embassy or the receiving point no later than 15 business days from the date of award. Payment will be made following satisfactory inspection and acceptance of the goods under net 30 days payment terms. The contractor agrees that the items furnished under this purchase order shall be covered by the most favorable manufacturers commercial warranty. The contract will commence upon issuance and automatically expire upon delivery and final acceptance. Pre-delivery inspection is required at the vendor's facility. Freight charges may be avoided if the vendor is in close proximity to the delivery locations. The state will determine the delivery method at the time of award. The successful contractor will be paid within 30 days after receipt of a properly prepared invoice or the receipt of and the acceptance of goods/services ordered, whichever is later. State agencies are required by state law to pay properly submitted invoices within 30 days or the contractor may charge a late payment fee established by law. The dispute resolution process provided for in chapter **** of Texas Government Code and TPWD regulations shall be used to resolve all disputes arising under this contract.
