The contract is for a general contractor to replace and add standby generators at two Dallas County facilities: Youth Village and John C. Creuzot Judicial Treatment Center. All associated costs must be included in the bid. The award will be based on the lowest and best bid. Bidders must comply with various Texas state and local government codes regarding boycotts, conflict of interest, and interested parties. Samples/demonstrations may be requested by the county.
