This is a solicitation for bulk oxygen and tank rentals for several VA medical centers. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, including a base plus four 1-year options. It is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Quotes must be received by November 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM EST. Questions must be emailed by November 03, 2025, at 11:00 AM EST. The past performance of the apparent successful quoter will be reviewed by the contracting officer prior to award. Quoters must complete and submit the price schedule in section B. 3. The formal certification required by VAAR **** must be completed, signed, and returned with the quoter's quote. Offers received from entities that are not listed as certified SDVOSBs in the SBA certification database at the time of offer and at the time of award shall not be considered. Quotations will be evaluated based on experience and price. The contractor shall deliver medical-grade liquid oxygen within the time frame specified by the facility. The time frame identified may be either the number of calendar days after receipt of the governments order, the specific days of the week for delivery, the specific time intervals between deliveries, a specified reorder point, or other specified ordering and delivery methods.
