If payment is not received by the due date, or should there be a dishonored check or a failure to pick up the materials within the time specified, weekly administrative charges will be imposed. Consequences beyond four weeks include permanent removal from the NRsw QRP bidders list and potential termination of the agreement.
Material may be inspected on an appointment basis scheduled through the local recycling office. Bidders are encouraged to inspect existing materials as a representative sample.
