Install a new, fully functional, variable refrigerant flow system units in order to control climate in various areas of the sleeping quarters of the fire station. remove the two current heat pump systems outside of building 201, the fire station. remove a total of 13 mini split head units, including their corresponding wall mounted thermostat. remove the two current refrigerant manifolds located in the ceiling of the living quarters of the building where the work is being performed. install a new 15 ton variable refrigerant flow, three pipe, system to manufacture specification in the area where the previous heat pump systems were located. install a new refrigerant manifold branch circuit controller in place of the two manifolds that were previously removed. install a total of 13, 1ton mini split heads, one per living quarter in addition to their corresponding wall mounted thermostat.
