Complete removal of each post foundation. 2. ) tStructural Repairs a. tProvide a helical pier a minimum of 5 into undisturbed soil and 2 into new concrete foundation. b. tProvide new concrete pier at each column matching the depth of the removed foundation and extending 3 above the existing final grade c. tProvide Simpson post base at the base of the remaining existing wood post that must be installed at the same time as the concrete pier

The existing roof will have wrinkles removed prior to the new gypsum roof cover board and roofing. All new prefinished metal coping caps, Scuppers, Downspouts, metal roof splashes, flashings, accessories, and terminations are included.

Existing paint and stucco coating are to be removed using dustless abrasive blasting. Exterior CMU will be repainted following cleaning and repair work. Three exterior hollow metal doors and frames will be replaced. Existing steel windows will be replaced with new aluminum replica windows. New exterior lighting will be installed. Various exterior mechanical items will be deleted during the demolition and masonry repair phase.
