S. 37: **** in the areas of specialty: elevators, dumbwaiters, and escalators. Bidders must comply with LA R. S. 38: 2212a1a. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. The bid must be manually signed in ink. The bid prices must be typed or written in ink. Any corrections must be initialed by the bidder. Bid prices shall include delivery of all items free on board (FOB) destination. Payment is to be made within 30 days after receipt of a properly executed invoice or delivery, whichever is later. Bids are subject to provisions of the laws of the state of Louisiana, including but not limited to LA R. S. 39: **** complete record of all bids is kept on file in the purchasing department.
