Southcentral Foundation - Agency Bids & RFPs

Bidders must register with the buyer to receive amendments. Bids must be submitted by hand, fax, mail, or email to the designated buyer by 2:00 PM AK time on 07/17/2025. Late bids will not be considered. Bidders must be an active vendor in the Southcentral Foundation vendor registration system or complete an SCF vendor packet. Bidders must be a manufacturer or authorized distributor/reseller/representative of the products and services offered. Bidders must have sales representation in Alaska and employ/contract qualified personnel authorized to sell, install, and service the equipment. All goods must be new, manufacturer's current inventory, and warranted as new. Bid prices must be good and firm for 60 days from the bid opening date. Shipping and handling, installation, setup, and training costs must be included in the bid price. Delivery dates are subject to purchase orders. SCF may request documentation prior to award. Forms and documents required for submission are listed in section VI.

All shipping and handling must be included in the bid price. Delivery dates are anticipated within 10 days of purchase order submittal. Equipment must be new, with manufacturer's warranty. Accessories must be certified compatible. Warranty locations and technician qualifications may be requested. Time is of the essence. Late bids will not be considered. SCF reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Prices must include applicable federal duty, brokerage fees, packaging, and transportation cost to the FOB destination. Invoices must contain purchase order number, item number, description, quantities, unit prices, dates, and total price. SCF will make payment within 30 days after receipt of invoice. Bidders must complete and submit the bidder information form. A checklist of required documents is provided.
