Lot 1: The OAG, on behalf of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and under the authority conferred by the Kentucky Constitution and KRS **** et seq. , seeks proposals for legal services to establish contracts with legal counsel for the OAG to independently retain legal counsel, on an " as needed, if needed" basis to assist with investigation and legal action against potential parties for violations of the Kentucky Consumer Protection Act, arising out of deceptive acts and misrepresentations made to Kentucky consumers, and for investigation and potential litigation regarding potential violations of state Medicaid, antitrust and/or other state or federal statutes in the conduct of any potential parties doing business within the Commonwealth.

Lot 1: Janitorial Services for Office of the Attorney General, 310 Whittington Parkway, Suite 101, Louisville, KY **** The service provider will clean and maintain in a clean and presentable manner all floors, offices and the kitchenette. The services will be performed during normal working hours for the agency. Shampoo carpet quarterly Strip, Seal and Wax kitchenette area yearly and scrub and re- coat every 6 month Dust, vacuum, pull trash, wipe down counters, clean microwave, pick up trash around outside door and parking lot three ( 3) times weekly. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Routine cleaning of frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, handles, tables, desks, faucets, hand railings, common areas, and appliances.

Lot 1: This Request for Information seeks input, including information and recommendations, from the interested and/or impacted parties relating to ways in which the Kentucky Opioid Abatement Advisory Commission could use its resources and authorities to support the development and dissemination of new or innovative interventions through Collaborative Research Agreements. A Collaborative Research Agreement is a planned collaborative research project between two or more parties ( NIH, 2024).
