Payment shall be made in accordance with the payment compensation provisions of the form contract document. Certified payrolls must be submitted with each invoice involving labor before payment can be made. Vendor shall warrant each system and unit installed against failure due to installation errors for a minimum of twelve months. Manufacturers' standard commercial warranty periods also apply. Vendor shall warrant each system and unit installed under the contract including all parts necessary to completely install same against failure andor malfunction due to installation errorsomissions for a minimum period of twelve 12 months from the date of completion of such installation.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, determined by an aggregate calculation of various pricing components including glass parts, labor, travel time, and markup/discount.

Bidders must have a minimum of three years of experience in performing the described services and must employ qualified staff. Proof of registration with the NY State Department of Labor is also required.

If a vendor fails to perform or breaches the contract, they may be listed as nonresponsible and ineligible for future contract awards. The county also has the right to cancel or extend the contract.

Failure to include proof of NY State Department of Labor registration, alterations to the bid form or specifications, or failure to comply with NY State Finance Law 139j and 139k can lead to disqualification.
