Commencement of work shall begin within 10 calendar days after written receipt of award and last until the established period of performance end date of 30 September 2024. Period of performance extensions beyond this established end date will only be granted via fully executed supplemental agreement.

The contractor's employees performing work shall have been granted a secret security clearance. A Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) with 20 years of experience is required. For the Occupational Health Representative role, professional licensure as a registered nurse is required.

Failure to comply with requirements for CAC card return may result in withholding of final payment. If a pii breach results from the contractors violation of policies, the contractor shall bear all notification costs, callcenter support costs, and credit monitoring service costs.

The government reserves the right to direct the removal of an employee from government property or revoke access to government systems for misconduct, security reasons, or any overt evidence of communicable disease. Failure to comply with security requirements may result in withholding of final payment.

Final deliverables are due by 15 march 2027.

Deficient performance may result in withholding of payments, contract modifications, or termination in accordance with FAR.

Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, creative approach, technical expertise, service level, quality assurance, account management support, work samples, professionalism, proposed pricing, and interviews. Proposers must meet minimum qualifications including FAA Part 107 compliance for drone operations, be based in the Denver metropolitan area, and possess professional-grade video cameras, audio recording equipment, lighting equipment, editing software/tools, and UAS/drones if applicable. he contractor must meet the following minimum requirements for all drone uas operations performed under the resulting agreement: o the contractor must comply with faa part 107 or applicable regulations.
