Personnel must hold current manufacturer certifications specific to Bosch and DMP IDS panels and associated system components, with a minimum of three (3) years of documented experience servicing commercial or government intrusion detection systems of similar size and complexity.
Failure to maintain required reseller status or technician certifications may result in removal of affected personnel from contract performance and may constitute grounds for contract remedies. Failure to comply with WAWF submission requirements may result in payment delays. Noncompliance with training requirements will negatively impact contract performance and lead to the loss of CAC and/or network access for contractor personnel.
