Delivery is required no later than six months after receipt of order for both the humanoid robot and the software/API.

The award will be based on the proposal judged to be in the best interest of TWU, considering purchase price, reputation, quality, meeting TWU's needs, past relationship, HUB impact, total long-term cost, and other relevant factors. any contract resulting from this request shall be awarded to the proposer providing the best value to twu.

Failure to comply with HUB regulations may result in immediate cancellation of any contract.
