The government will select the quote that represents the best benefit to the government at a price that can be determined reasonable, evaluating price, technical capabilities, and past performance using a lowest price technically acceptable source selection process.
Contractors shall be experienced electricians with properly trained and licensed permanent staff, certified by NICET or NETA, with appropriate OSHA approved construction safety training, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in replacement, inspection, and testing of VFDs in healthcare, industrial, educational, and commercial facilities.
