This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to procure one Spy-Phi handheld imager and accessories for the Miami VA Medical Center. The solicitation is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Offerors must be registered in SBA VetCert and SAM. gov. Delivery is required no later than 60 days after receipt of order. Quotes are due by July 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. Questions must be submitted by July 6, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. Award will be based on a comparative evaluation of technically acceptable, past performance, and price.
Delivery shall be provided no later than 60 days after receipt of order (ARO).
The contractor shall submit payment requests in electronic form, except as provided in paragraph e of FAR 52. 232-72. Purchases paid with a governmentwide commercial purchase card are considered an electronic transaction.
Vendor shall be an OEM authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller, and be verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM’s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM.
Award will be based upon a comparative evaluation of quotes in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR 13. Comparative evaluation is the side by side pairwise comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a contracting officer decision for the quote most favorable to the government. Interested SDVOSB offerors must be registered and listed in SBA VetCert and SAM. gov to be considered for award.
