Construction project requirements, including prevailing wage and safety programs, may apply if the RFB is for construction-related work, though this RFB appears to be for supplies. The contractor shall not begin work until the district has issued written authorization to proceed.
Deliveries shall be made within forty-eight (48) hours after receipt of an order.
The contractor shall submit invoices, pay applications, and other payment requests in the manner required by the contract documents, the purchase order, or other written instructions issued by the district. Payment is subject to board of education approval when required by district practice or the contract documents and will be made in accordance with the districts established payment cycles and applicable law.

In determining whether a bidder is responsible, the district may consider the bidders references, prior experience, prior performance, financial capacity, staffing, equipment, and demonstrated ability to perform and complete the work in accordance with the bid documents.
