The bid is for Fire Station 32 improvements. Bids must be submitted by November 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for November 5, 2024, at 10:00 AM. The project is expected to start in early 2026. The time for completion for this project is 45 working days. The city will withhold a standard retention of 5% from payment until after the work is complete. Subcontractor substitution requests shall be made within 35 calendar days after the award of the contract. Questions will not be considered or answered 48 working hours prior to the bid opening.

Bids are due by November 20th, 2025, at 2:00 PM Pacific Time. A prebid walkthrough is scheduled for November 5th, 2025. The work must be substantially completed by July 31, 2026. A performance and payment bond is required. An Idaho public works contractors license is required. The owner will award the contract to the low apparent bidder. The contractor must provide project closeout documents. The bidder must maintain workers compensation insurance and other liability insurance. A builders risk insurance policy is required. Liquidated damages of $500 per day apply for delays. The bid form must be completed in its entirety. Incomplete bid forms will be deemed nonresponsive. Failure to acknowledge receipt of all addenda will cause a bid to be deemed nonresponsive. The bid proposal form shall be signed by a signatory of the contractor having authority to bind the contractor to contracts, and shall be notarized by a notary duly assigned in the state of idaho. An Idaho public works contractors license is required at the time of submitting a bid for this project. A contractors affidavit concerning alcohol and drugfree workplace must be submitted with the bid. Failure to execute this affidavit and submit it along with your bid shall make your bid nonresponsive.

The City of Council Bluffs is requesting bids for lead hazard reduction and healthy homes work at **** Avenue F. Bids must be submitted electronically by October 27th, 2025, at 5:00 PM CT. A mandatory bid walk-through is scheduled for October 13th, 2025, at 10:00 AM. General contractors must be licensed and registered with the city and certified as lead abatement contractors. The contractor must commence work within thirty 30 calendar days after issuance of the proceed order and complete the work within 10 calendar days after the issuance of the proceed order.
