All contractors must be prequalified through the virginia department of transportations prequalification program to submit a bid.
The amount of liquidated damage, as stipulated in the specifications, shall be three hundred fifty **** for each day, including saturdays, sundays, and holidays, after the established completion date.
The contractor should make a visit to the site to review the proposed work.
