The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from prequalified engineering consultants for final design services for the Camelback Road pavement rehabilitation project in Maricopa County. Submission of the SOQ requires the prime consultant to be prequalified with ECS. Consultants who intend to submit an SOQ must successfully submit a prequalification application to ECS no later than April 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM Arizona Phoenix time.
Failure to comply with requirements, such as format, submittal guidelines, or conflict of interest policies, may result in the rejection of an SOQ or termination of the contract.
Site visits are required in accordance with the requirements of the Dictionary of Standardized Work Tasks (DSWT).
