If rejected deliverables are not corrected and resubmitted within ten 10 business days, USAC may terminate for cause. Failure to submit required reports or correct inaccurate reports may result in delayed payment of invoices.
Services may be performed at USAC headquarters, virtually, or other approved locations. Contractor staff may be required to be in the USAC office at least 2 days per week. USAC will not reimburse for travel-related expenses for meetings.
Offerors must submit all claims or other disputes to the procurement specialist and USAC general counsel for informal resolution prior to initiating any action in the courts. If not resolved after thirty 30 calendar days of good faith attempts, contractor may instigate legal proceedings.
