Bidders must hold a current certified license, have minimum 2 years experience in similar services, and be the prime contractor. firm must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in providing similar services and hold a current certified license relevant to these services.

Mandatory prebid conference scheduled for October 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Big Cypress Housing Office. attendance is mandatory to be eligible for award and prospective bidders who arrive more than ten (10) minutes late shall be disqualified.

Bids may be disqualified for incomplete criteria, unmet requirements, inability to meet schedule, or violation of cone of silence. any violation of the cone of silence may result in disciplinary actions, including disqualification from consideration and bids which include altered files may be disqualified.
