The technical quote must demonstrate understanding of the requirement, identify and mitigate potential risks, and provide proof of experience performing grave liner services, including a list of prior contracts.

Postponement due to climate or weather conditions shall not be cause for penalties to the contractor nor additional cost to the government.

Nonconformance with the instructions provided may result in the quote being considered nonresponsive and thus ineligible for award.

The period of performance for services covered under this justification, if the option period is exercised, is from 06/13/2026 to 10/12/2026.
