The successful proposer will demonstrate expertise in juvenile law, judicial education, and curriculum development. Proposers must submit a technical proposal including their name, address, contact information, resumes of key staff, client references, proposed method, acceptance of terms and conditions, and required certifications and licenses.
The RFP mentions that fraudulent misrepresentation in connection with the DVBE incentive is a misdemeanor and punishable by imprisonment or fine, and violators are liable for civil penalties. Failure to comply with post-contract certification requirements may result in withholding of payment.
