Interested and qualified developers shall submit a qualifications proposal by the deadline February 11, 2026 and must include the following information: expression of interest, project description, initial thoughts on maximum purchase price, schedule, longterm ownership rental management plan, statement of qualifications, project team and resumes, list of relevant projects, financing, and other information.
Developer questions are due January 28, 2026 by 12 pm, as stated in the bid notice.
