The contract term is one year, beginning May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026, with the option to renew for four additional years in one-year increments. WCPSS will notify the awarded vendors 60 days prior to April 30, 2025 with an option to renew. The contract may be extended for up to four additional years unless sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions of this contract if the vendor and the WCPSS mutually agree, no increases in costs are incurred except for the growth and the maximum allowable escalation price is capped by consumer price index increases. Bidders are cautioned that any all information furnished or not furnished on this bid may be used as a factor in determining the award of this contract. The WCPSS reserves the right to reject any bid on the basis of function, compatibility with user requirements of utility as well as costs. Substitutions will not be accepted or considered without at least a 48-hour notice prior to delivery. The successful vendor will be liable for any expenses, including attorney fees, incurred as a result of violations or attempts to enforce this contract.
