The offeror may request to inspect equipment currently used by the Honolulu Police Department.

Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM EST on September 24, 2025.

The contract will include a warranty period for the potential project.

All interested, qualified persons or firms capable of providing public works design or engineering services are invited to submit proposals.

A site visit is scheduled for September 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM at 166 St. James Boulevard, Springfield, MA ****.

The total estimated construction cost is $300,****, including design engineering fees.
