Sealed proposals will be received by the board of school commissioners of mobile county, alabama until Thursday, August 21, 2025 @10:00 am. The submission of the bid, acceptance, and award of the bid by the school board constitutes a binding contract. Bidders must be the authorized sales dealer for the items quoted and must guarantee all items to be free from defects in material and workmanship. All items quoted shall be new, packed in manufacturers original containers, and shall meet or exceed the specifications as written. Bidders shall quote the brand and/or model specified. If bidding a substitute, bidder must identify the differences in writing on additional sheets. All bids not complying with this statement may be rejected. Bid will be awarded on a lump sum basis. All repairs, replacements, or adjustments during the warranty period shall be at the bidders sole expense.
