The performance time for this project is 45 calendar days.

A single firm fixed price construction contract will be awarded.

Contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and have their online representations and certifications completed. Offerors must also be actively registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

The prime contractor must possess a type B general building contractor license and or C 20 warm air heating, ventilating and air conditioning contractor.
