Demolition work of a residential home Demolition and removal of a structure, overgrowth, structural debris, structure contents, improvements, and any junk on the property. Underbrush, overgrowth, and all debris must be removed from the property. All trees, except for those that are dead, shall remain. Property shall be graded to the final grade, using a box blade. The ground where the buildings are removed will be leveled, and if on a grade, sodded. Any fuel tanks found must be pumped, disconnected, crushed, and backfilled or pumped and completely removed from the property. Public sidewalks and driveway aprons must remain intact. Any septic tanks will be pumped, crushed, and backfilled. Any water wells will be capped. All items will be removed from the property and properly disposed of. 1 palm tree in front, left of the house, shall be removed. The entire lot shall be cleaned.
