The Irving Independent School District (Irving ISD) is seeking a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms to provide property casualty insurance brokerage services. The deadline for questions is March 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM CT, and the response deadline is April 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. Proposals must be submitted electronically. Contact with Irving ISD employees, except for the purchasing department, is prohibited after the issuance date of the solicitation. The evaluation will be based on criteria including active participation in organizations that support public school districts, work history and experience in the public school sector, proposed approach and implementation plan, qualifications and experience of personnel, knowledge of industry practices, and responsiveness to the RFQ.
