The Space System Command (SSC) intends to modify an existing GPS control segment II (GCS II) contract (****) to add three 12-month sustainment option periods. The modification will extend the current contract period of performance from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028, if exercised. The modification is for Lockheed Martin Services, LLC. The Department of the Interior, Office of Inspector General (OIG), is seeking a single source for maintenance of existing security systems in their Lakewood, CO and Billings, MT offices. The contract is awarded to Johnson Controls Security Solutions LLC. The contract period is from July 2025 to July 2028, with options for extension.

The project involves a GPR survey at a 200-acre site (NTTR) historically used as a target area, potentially containing UXO and a buried tank. The survey must reach a depth of 10 feet. The contractor is responsible for identifying, marking, and reporting UXO findings. Government personnel will be present during the survey. Access is limited to standard working hours, Monday through Friday, ****, excluding federal holidays. The contractor must account for potential delays due to UXO discoveries, up to a maximum of 15 calendar days, with the government deducting assessment time from this allowance. The government will review and approve or disapprove proposed equipment based on its ability to meet the project objectives. The survey area has cultural resources, which the contractor is prohibited from disturbing. No separate explosive safety submission is required.

This RFI seeks information from potential contractors regarding their ability to maintain and operate modernized receiver and signal test assets. The RFI details the required expertise, capabilities, and technical specifications for the services.
