The City of Orlando seeks a brokerage and/or appraisal firm to assist with real property asset management. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for November 17, 2025. Questions must be submitted by December 1, 2025, and proposals are due December 11, 2025.

The City of Durham is seeking proposals for benefits consulting and broker services. The deadline for submitting proposals is December 22, 2025, at 4 PM. A presubmittal conference will be held virtually on November 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The city will evaluate proposals based on scope of services, qualifications, technical approach, compensation, and understanding of the city's nondiscrimination and equal business opportunity programs. The contract term is usually three years, with up to three possible additional one-year extensions. The city requires a North Carolina licensed broker that is independent and not affiliated with any insurance company, third-party administrative agency, or provider network. The city will make payments based on a negotiated payment schedule. Each billing must consist of an invoice and progress report. The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate changes with any candidate. The city's award will be to the candidate that agrees to meet the needs of the city. The proposal should include contact information, legal status, qualifications, project team, workforce diversity questionnaire, compensation, assumptions, UBE participation, financial condition, conflict of interest, and noncollusion affidavit. The cover letter should list the last addendum issued by the city. Proposals should be submitted in PDF format. The city's equal business opportunity program (EBOP) is specified by city ordinance. The city desires that firms doing business with the city pay their workers a livable wage rate while working on city contracts. The livable wage rate is **** per hour through June 30, 2026, and **** per hour after June 30, 2026.

The Dormitory Authority State of New York (DASNY) is seeking proposals from brokers for marketing and program support services for its property and builders risk insurance program. The contract term is three years with two one-year renewals at DASNY's discretion. Proposals must be submitted by email to leevon phillips by December 3, 2025, at 2:30 PM. The selection process will evaluate proposals based on the ability to meet DASNY's needs. The selected broker will be notified, and the decision will be posted on DASNY's website. The RFP and all submitted information are subject to disclosure under New York's Freedom of Information Law.
