The University of Kentucky (UK) Healthcare Office of Corporate Compliance (OCC) is seeking proposals for an external effectiveness review of its corporate compliance program. Proposals are due by May 2, 2026, at 3 p. m. Lexington time. The review will assess policies, procedures, training, and reporting mechanisms. Offerors must comply with HIPAA and are subject to Kentucky law. The contract term is for one year, renewable for two additional one-year periods. All communication must be directed to the Purchasing Officer. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
