Upon completion of the project, the contractor must submit a one-year warranty letter from the contractor.
All submitted bids shall be evaluated for responsiveness to the requirements of the invitation for bids (IFB). The agency intends to retain a contractor pursuant to a low bid basis, also taking into consideration responsiveness and responsibility.
The agency is seeking bids from qualified and licensed entities. Bidders must submit information showing their qualifications, including a profile of the firm and required resumes.
The agency reserves the right to reject any bid that does not meet the requirements of this IFB, including incomplete bids or bids offering alternate or non-requested services. Failure to abide by the terms and conditions may relieve the agency of responsibility pertaining to such issues.
